Our Guarantee: S. A. Print Supplies, warrants their remanufactured toner cartridges to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for the life of the cartridge. The life of the cartridge, in this instance, refers to the time when a "low toner" message is displayed and/or the client begins to see faded or light type on the printed page.

The cartridges have been remanufactured to some of the most exacting quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

The S. A. Print Supplies will, at its option, repair the defective cartridge, replace the defective cartridge, or refund the full purchase price of any of its remanufactured toner cartridges found to be defective. This warranty does not cover cartridges that are emptied, abused or tampered with in any way, nor subsequently remanufactured by another company. If at all possible, a printout sample of the defective cartridge is required to process any warranty claim.

S. A. Print Supplies further warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to your office machine. In the unlikely event that an authorized service representative insists that our product caused damage to a client’s equipment, we will repair the equipment or pay for repair of the damages. For equipment that we are authorized to repair, we MUST be the repair center to first inspect the damaged equipment. For all others, the authorized repair representative must certify, in writing, that such damage could not have occurred under identical operation using any OEM cartridge. In either case, the client needs to contact S. A. Print Supplies before proceeding to repair any damage allegedly caused by a defective toner cartridge.

S. A. Print Supplies’s sole obligation under this warranty and the exclusive remedy hereunder will be to repair/replace defective products FOB destination or to reimburse the client as specified above. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, whether of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. In no event shall S. A. Print Supplies be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages or lost profits from any breach of this warranty or otherwise.
